National Corporate Housing is seeking an Account Manager for its Insurance Housing Division, servicing clients across the United States in a remote role aligned to the Pacific Standard Time zone. You will provide exceptional service to insurance companies and their clients, arranging temporary housing options and guiding them through the sales process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, brand representation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of sales experience required.
• Experience in inside sales or leasing/hospitality a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for insureds, members and adjusters for temporary housing.
• Search and book hotels and temporary housing for displaced clients.
• Maintain brand and customer experience throughout the housing process.
• Ensure expenses stay within policy limits.
• Build relationships with clients, hotels, vendors.
• Handle high-volume emails and calls.
