This role offers hybrid work with in-office days in NY or fully remote for candidates in ET time zones; you will coordinate policy administration, renewals, billing, claims, and coverage analyses while leading a small team to deliver proactive, compliant service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience in insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Lead the account management team on a daily basis.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Coordinate submissions and negotiate coverages for proposals.
