Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience including quoting, injection molding and/or industrial sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM system and quoting software.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales goals to expand market share and profitability.
• Develop marketing plans and programs with leadership for growth.
• Explore new markets and enter them with effective strategies.
• Implement timely solutions to remove obstacles to sales growth.
• Motivate, train and lead a team of marketing, cost estimating and sales personnel.
• Establish rapport quickly with potential customers and prospects.
• Make regular customer sales calls and track sales funnel progress in HubSpot.
• Develop KPIs and sales processes and report progress.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager on estimating & quoting.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing on raw materials.
• Travel is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
