• Bachelor's degree required, preferably Mechanical, Structural or Materials Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in technical/industrial sales, engineering, manufacturing, or business development.
• Proven success in new business development and consultative selling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
