Job summary

Radiant Road & Rail, a Radiant Logistics subsidiary, seeks an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with Radiant network stations and clients in Overland Park, KS. Focus on service, execution and value creation, partnering with operations to meet product and service expectations.

You will drive growth through strategic reviews, cross‑geography collaboration, and pricing negotiations while delivering data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor/associate preferred in business/logistics/intl trade.
• At least 1 year in account management; knowledge of FTL/LTL transport helpful.
• Strong knowledge of NA geography and transportation industry assets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across levels to penetrate Radiant accounts.
• Conduct business reviews to identify growth opportunities and retain business.
• Collaborate across geographies to execute account strategy.
• Negotiate pricing for complex solutions.
• Share data and requirements with internal teams to craft solutions.
• Monitor performance reports and adjust pricing/processes for efficiency.
• Deliver insights from data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with stations, customers, and industry changes.
