Job summary

Rocket Clicks is seeking an Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of family law firms, guiding strategy and tying business objectives to marketing work. You will lead strategic conversations, align on goals, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and outcomes.

You will work with owners and partners, challenging plans when needed, and expanding conversations to pricing, intake, and operations to support growth across multiple firms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account leadership or related advisory roles.
• Experience owning senior client relationships with business owners/execs.
• Fluency in revenue, pricing, margin and growth discussions with clients.
• Ability to build plans linking agency work to business outcomes with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with portfolio of family law firms and senior partners.
• Lead alignment calls and quarterly reviews with decision makers.
• Maintain strategic roadmaps for clients and update quarterly.
• Track performance from lead to funded agreement across acquisition paths.
• Address pricing, intake, operations, capacity, and hiring discussions.
