Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German
• Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide solutions for creators' needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset: creators as independent businesses
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads is a plus
• Experience with influencers/creators on social media and client-facing roles is advantageous
