Job summary

InBeat Agency is seeking an experienced account manager to own the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure a seamless client experience and coordinate internal specialists across influencer, UGC, creative, and paid media.

You will take clean handoffs from sales, run kickoffs, and lead regular client calls to track health, budgets, and timelines while spotting risks early to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client services, ideally in an agency.
• Strong communication, organization, and commercial awareness.
• Working knowledge of influencer marketing or paid social.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship on a portfolio of client accounts as their primary point of contact.
