Fluency in English and German Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs. Flexible working hours Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow. Strong willingness to learn. A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus. Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus. Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
