Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a remote role in the food manufacturing sector.

You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting retention and growth while coordinating delivery of customer requirements. This position requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, a good commercial sense, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or Sales within Food or Beverage Manufacturing / Distribution.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsabilités

• Managing and developing relationships with key customers (foodservice, wholesale, hospitality) to support retention, growth and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identifying commercial opportunities within existing accounts and supporting wider business growth objectives.
• Monitoring account performance, resolving customer issues, and providing regular updates to ensure a positive customer experience.
