Role emphasizes renewals, open enrollment, and coordination with carriers and internal teams to support client objectives. Remote work is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum 3 years of employee benefits account management or client service experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, administration, and carrier processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering consultative service solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using employee benefits administration, enrollment, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned book of employee benefits clients
• Manage day-to-day client service activities while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions
• Support annual renewals, market reviews, carrier negotiations, and marketing activities
• Lead client meetings, renewal discussions, and quarterly service reviews
• Assist with open enrollment activities, employee education materials, and enrollment meetings
• Resolve claims issues, eligibility concerns, billing discrepancies, and carrier-related service matters
• Coordinate compliance-related activities, filings, notices, and required documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carrier partners to support client objectives and service delivery
