Alera Group is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support our Property & Casualty team with trusted client relationships and proactive service. This remote role offers exposure to insurance solutions, strong teamwork, and opportunities across a growing national organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication. Join our collaborative environment and help clients navigate evolving risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to agency staff and assist with special projects as needed.
• Receive incoming telephone calls and visitors while delivering professional customer service.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, certified mail requests, and office correspondence.
• Monitor and distribute incoming emails, faxes, and voicemails according to established procedures.
• Prepare binders, reports, presentations, and other business documents as requested.
• Scan, organize, and maintain policy documents and agency records within company systems.
• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with meeting preparation, office events, administrative procedures, and operational support activities.
