You will manage client service, lead a team of Account Coordinators, ensure productivity and quality, handle renewals and new business setup, and identify sales opportunities while aligning with IOA core values.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry, active licensing, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, maintain professional communication.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor task execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals, verify data, and coordinate with clients and carriers.
