Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Account Manager for Ancora Training, a fully remote, full‑time role in the United States. You will provide quality service to corporate and community college clients enrolling in Ancora Training programs and manage inquiries to guide admissions.

You will handle high-volume calls, share program information, and ensure applicants meet admissions requirements through consistent follow-up and detailed coordination with internal systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (GED acceptable).
• 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Thrives in an observation/coaching environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under interruptions.
• Ability to set priorities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume outbound and inbound calls, responding to inquiries.
• Share program information with prospective students.
• Follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition to active status.
• Contribute to team initiatives and outcomes.
• Use internal software to track inquiries and enrollments.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
