Job summary

Clopay Corporation is seeking an Account Manager, Dealer Sales to grow and manage direct sales relationships with small to medium-sized dealers within Central/North California and Nevada. You will develop strategic plans and collaborate with partners to drive profitable growth across a competitive market.

The role requires a self-motivated professional with strong time management, accounting basics, and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement: strong direct sales experience to SMBs.
Ability to create and execute business plans.
Self-starter with initiative to uncover new opportunities.
Excellent time management and follow-up.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Experience with CRM and MS Office.
Willing to travel 2-3 nights per week.
Residence in Northern California within commuting distance to a major airport.
Previous success in a home-office environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred; building products sales experience helpful.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain direct sales with small to mid-size companies in a competitive market.
Develop and implement profitable business plans with customers.
Identify new opportunities and close them independently.
Manage time effectively with strong follow-up.
Travel 2-3 nights per week within AZ and NM territory.
Maintain home-office operations supporting sales in Northern California.
