Job summary

Konnect Resources, LLC is seeking an Account Representative to grow relationships with retail accounts across Northern and Southern California from the La Palma office. You will manage inside sales, engage customers, enroll accounts in company-sponsored training events, and conduct virtual sessions while visiting accounts as needed.

The role requires self-motivation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and travel up to 25% with occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or inside sales in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proven ability to conduct outbound outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Enroll retail accounts into company-sponsored training events as a primary objective.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective retail customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing sales support.
