ACV Auctions is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to cover our California market. You will drive growth with dealers and auction groups, managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and supporting customers with a consultative approach.

As the face of ACV, you will travel to dealerships daily, build strategic plans, and leverage Salesforce for reporting. A strong automotive background and a proven ability to exceed targets are essential for success.

Competenze

• 5 years dealership experience (used or new car side).
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Experience selling into dealerships; auction knowledge preferred.
• Able to travel daily to existing and prospective dealerships.
• Strong relationship-building skills in person and over the phone.

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build out new business in your territory.
• Service accounts in person and by phone, seeking incremental growth opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce daily for reporting and tracking.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Develop relationships with dealers to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Understand competition and sell against it effectively.
• Assess customers’ inventory needs and offer ACV solutions.
• Educate customers on our product breadth and services.
• Forecast and report monthly and annual activity.
• Ensure customers understand our products via consultative selling.
• Respond quickly to issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Market ACV to customers and highlight product advantages.
• Manage financial activity within your book of business.
• Adapt to changes in customers and internal structure.
• Oversee Vehicle Condition Inspectors and KPIs.
