The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license, and strong analytical and service skills. Remote work is available for Eastern/Central Time Zone residents, with potential on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and ensure account retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Renewals, billing, claims handling and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
