• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities and resolve complex issues.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
• Monitor activity and communicate workload status to the account team.
