Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry are preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing; CIC or equivalent is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy management, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Communicate regularly with the account team regarding workload and status.
