Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain clients, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day administration, service requests, billing, and renewal activities while maintaining strong carrier relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active P&C license, and preferably a CIC or equivalent designation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring client retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
