The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals and client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
