The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure excellent client service and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Active license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
