Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and retain accounts.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service tasks.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and follow policy.
• Renewals: submit proposals and negotiate coverages.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and anticipate client needs.
• Adhere to company policies and seek process improvements.
• Demonstrate IOA values in daily work.
