The ideal candidate has 3+ years of account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and carrier system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
