Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain accounts, and support new business. You will coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), an active P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related tools
