You will coordinate daily administration, billing, claims, renewals, and policy analysis while guiding a team and maintaining carrier relationships to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure account retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research, submissions, negotiate coverages, proposals.
• Monitor delinquencies and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Seek process improvements to boost performance and service quality.
