You will lead a team, handle policy administration, billing, claims and renewal processes while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure accuracy in policy administration, billing and renewals.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals and submission preparation.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity.
