Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, with active P&C licensing. Strong analytical, communication, and service skills, plus MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain technical competence and industry knowledge.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy.
