Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, drive retention, and support new business initiatives. You’ll coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and client service activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure accuracy in policy administration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active property & casualty license (CIC preferred), and strong analytical, communication, and MS Office

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Maintain technical competence and industry knowledge.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; prepare submissions and proposals.
