Job summary

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renewals: analyze policies, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
