Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewal process: manage expirations/renewals and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
