Qualifications

• Active property & casualty (P&C) license required.
• 5+ years in insurance industry or 3-5 years account management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and no errors or omissions.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections as needed.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
