The role requires coordinating daily administration, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate policy administration and billing. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), active P&C licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of brokerage and client needs.
• Active license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned book of business to ensure retention and grow new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Renewals: prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team.
• Deliver superior service and uphold IOA values.
