You will lead day-to-day account management, coordinate policy administration, renewals, billing, and claims, and collaborate with underwriters and clients to meet coverage needs. A strong insurance brokerage background and active licensing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an assigned book of business; ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
