Ideal candidates have an active P&C license, strong communication, and the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours. IOA supports hybrid work with on-site needs per policy.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours: M-F 8am to 5pm.
• Licensed in good standing; CIC designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues with accuracy.
• Lead and direct the daily activities of the account management team.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals and coordinate renewal submissions.
