Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management or client services experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to analyze data, performance metrics, and trends to spot risks and opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and understand client goals and priorities.

• Monitor performance against contracts and key metrics to identify risks.
• Prepare client-ready reports and progress updates for informed decisions.

• Use insights to identify risks, opportunities and service improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience.
