NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and deliver exceptional service within a fully remote role operating on EST hours. You will manage your own client portfolio, prepare proposals, review plans, and collaborate across teams to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of client service experience, knowledge of benefits administration, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years of client service experience.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensing if required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send proposals to insurance carriers and compile results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files according to procedures.
• Answer questions from clients and carriers.
• Develop relationships with clients and carriers.
• Coordinate with Senior Account Manager and Advisors on client needs.
• Assist with renewal presentations and client communications.
• Create client education resources and reports.
