Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration or related field.
• Ability to interpret contracts and plan summaries with accuracy.
• Proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals to carriers and summarize results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan documents for accuracy under supervision.
• Maintain and organize client files and records.
• Answer client questions and support billing inquiries.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with Senior staff.
• Learn carrier products and advise on available solutions.
• Assist with renewal presentations and enrollment processes.
• Support creation of client education materials and guides.
