VSP Vision is seeking an Account Manager for a remote US role. You will manage an assigned book of client business, advise on service and operations, and collaborate with partners to drive growth and retention.

You will build relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants, market programs, and help implement solutions that meet performance standards and compliance requirements. This role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in account management or client service,

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of account management experience and/or client service experience.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Experience participating in client-related project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and requests.
• Ability to understand business objectives, products, services, processes, and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to adapt to change in an agile environment.
• Proven problem identification and solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of insurance platform technologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned book of client business and serve as advisor on service or operations issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Market programs, products, and services to gain adoption within each account.
• Develop and manage account plans with strategic objectives, communication, growth, and retention strategies.
• Oversee implementation to ensure requirements and performance standards are met.
• Coordinate client communications and collateral deployment.
• Escalate issues and drive solutions with the right partners.
• Monitor reports and present findings to clients.
