Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. Remote: open to residents in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona; onsite occasionally near branch locations as needed.

You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, handle policy administration, billing, renewals, and coverage analysis, and assist with client submissions and carrier communications. A P&C license is required and CIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry expertise and technical competence.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of support staff.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Support client submissions, loss run analysis, and pricing proposals.
