Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. The role offers remote work for California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona with on-site opportunities per policy.

The candidate must hold a P&C license and be able to work PT hours. You will support the account team, manage policy administration, renewals, and client communications, ensuring accurate service and readiness for renewals.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with minimal direction.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
