• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Maintain policy management, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research clients, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
