Full Funnel Growth is a fully remote performance marketing agency serving DTC eCommerce brands and experiential entertainment across the United States. We are hiring an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, own the relationship, and steer creative direction to drive paid social results.

You will develop hooks, briefs for designers, and manage delivery within retainers, reporting on performance from Ads Manager.

Formación

• 4+ years in agency account management or client services on paid social.
• Ecommerce / DTC (Shopify) experience.
• Track record of writing hooks and ad copy with results.
• Experience briefing designers and managing creative feedback loops.
• Fluency in Meta Ads Manager reporting at the ad and creative levels.
• Senior client-facing communication with directors, CMOs and founders.
• Managing several accounts within hours and retainers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client relationships with weekly calls, notes, roadmaps and status updates.
• Define delivery scope, priorities, timelines, and hours within the retainer.
• Develop a clear creative strategy with positionings, angles and testing roadmap.
• Create hooks and on-screen copy, primary text and headlines.
• Provide tight briefs to designers and give sharp feedback on work.
• Read performance metrics from Ads Manager and explain insights to clients.
• Iterate by extending winners with new hooks and formats.
