As an Account Lead, you will own client success across your accounts and those managed by your direct reports, guide cross‑channel strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, manage relationships, and ensure

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid advertising experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Hands-on across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• At least 1 year of managing direct reports and development of team.
• Experience managing a range of client accounts and senior relationships.
• Ability to lead analysis, reporting, and QBRs with actionable insights.
• Strong judgment, organization, and proactive risk management.
• Clear, concise communication with clients and team.
• Based in the United States and comfortable with a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Own client success across accounts and those managed by direct reports, driving performance, retention, and growth.
• Apply hands-on cross-channel expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta to guide strategy, testing, and measurement.
• Manage your own accounts, leading strategy, execution, and client relationships while meeting goals, timelines, and budget.
• Lead and develop your direct reports with priorities, workload balance, and coaching.
• Own the quality and delivery of your team’s work, ensuring campaigns and reports meet standards.
• Be the first point of escalation for your team’s accounts and drive resolutions.
• Keep leadership informed about account health, risks, and capacity with clear recommendations.
• Uphold and improve department processes and suggest more effective workflows.
• Support sales through audits, strategy development, and prospect presentations.
