Jordan Digital Marketing LLC is a fully-remote digital marketing agency specializing in paid acquisition and SEO/content growth. We seek an Account Lead in the United States to own client success across multiple accounts, drive cross-channel strategies, and lead a team of direct reports to deliver results on time and within budget.

You will manage client relationships, guide strategy across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta, and ensure high-quality work while supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid advertising experience, including client-facing leadership.
• Hands-on across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• At least 1 year of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience managing a range of client accounts with growth and retention.
• Ability to lead analysis, reporting, and QBRs with actionable insights.
• Strong judgment and organizational skills for multiple accounts.
• Clear, concise, and timely communication with clients and team.
• Based in the United States; remote role.

Responsibilities

• Own client success across your accounts and those managed by your reports.
• Apply hands-on cross-channel expertise to guide strategy and measurement.
• Manage your own accounts, leading strategy, execution, and relationships.
• Lead and develop direct reports with coaching and feedback.
• Own quality and delivery of your team’s campaigns, tests, and reporting.
• Be first point of escalation for your team’s accounts.
• Inform leadership about account health, risk, and capacity.
• Uphold and improve department processes and standards.
• Support sales through account audits and strategy presentations.
