Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy, and testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, and drive results.

You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with editors. Strong experience with paid media, tracking, and analytics is required; remote-friendly with benefits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events; integrate Calendly and lead-routing workflows.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify funnel improvements.
