Jump 450 is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager to lead digital campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube and more. This 100% remote role requires strategic planning, execution, monitoring and reporting to drive client success.

You will act as the SME for clients, delivering data-driven recommendations, presenting results, and collaborating with the creative team to optimize performance, budgets and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related major.
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in social is required.
• Highly knowledgeable with automation tools (bidding and targeting) & ad creative testing tools.
• Experience in scaling campaigns spending while maintaining/improving KPIs.
• Experience in managing large spend accounts with significant optimizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop media strategy and paid media plans (audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, optimizations).
• Communicate campaign performance to clients using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze performance data and translate into action plans.
• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance and set benchmarks.
