Job summary

Threespot is a remote-friendly digital strategy agency that partners with nonprofits, foundations, and cultural institutions. As an Account Lead (Producer), you will own growth on assigned accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for WordPress and Drupal web projects.

You will identify new opportunities, scope proposals, and help clients level up their digital communications while ensuring quality and client satisfaction across multi-year

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a digital project management, producer, or account director role.
• Strong knowledge of client service, the creative process, and web development technologies.
• Track record of expanding scope or revenue on existing client accounts, with specific examples you can walk us through.
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency.
• Experience working with development teams on CMS implementation, primarily WordPress and Drupal.
• Experience with nonprofit, foundation, cultural, or government clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth on assigned accounts and identifies opportunities for additional work.
• Builds and manages project plans and budgets for projects ranging from quick-turnaround to large-scale multi-year engagements.
• Delivers projects on time and on budget, across multiple concurrent projects.
• Supports business development by scoping, scheduling, and budgeting proposals and by pitching client service and project management capabilities.
• Leads cross-functional teams and facilitates collaborative problem-solving with clients.
• Communicates risks clearly and work through solutions to protect scope, timeline, and budget.
