Documo Inc is seeking an Account Growth Manager to nurture strategic customer relationships and drive revenue within the existing base. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to expand usage of Documo’s cloud fax platform and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

In this role you will analyze account data, develop targeted strategies, and ensure renewals while advocating for customers’ evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or inside sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement account development strategies aligned with Documo’s growth objectives.
• Analyze account data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
